Over weekends day-trippers from far and wide gather on a timber deck overlooking the scenic lagoon of the Matigulu River to gorge on a seven-course feast of linefish and fresh prawns harvested from a nearby prawn farm.
Exit the N2 at the Dokodweni Ramp Plaza and turn towards the coast. After about 400m the road becomes a gravel road. Continue for about 4,5kms following the signs to The Prawn Shack.
